zandertoySo I have been working at my current company for over four years now and have been waiting to have my final review with my boss.
It has been really frustrating because
I was told in August that I was promoted and that I would receive an increase in Jan. the upsetting part was that I just met with them and that my increase would happen in August of this year. Basically six months away. The good news is that it would be retroactive which makes a huge difference.
I trust that they will make it happen but it just makes me frustrated because I feel that I have been patient enough.
Lets see how it goes. Sigh……
