zandertoyHad dim sum w mom today. Was really nice to see her. It was really cute because she was getting acupuncture when I got there and I was in the waiting area and she was bragging to the acupuncture dr in Korean. The only words she said in English was Designer and Coach.
It was just really cute that she is so proud she feels the need to brag about it. I guess looking back and where she came from. She came from Korea with no schooling and was able raise two kids that are successful. If I was in her shoes it would be an accomplishment too and for that I’m really happy and proud of Mom. Makes me emotional thinking about it but to come from nothing and to raise kids to have a better life that you didn’t have must be a great accomplishment.
I love my mom so much and am so lucky to have her. She might not be perfect but She’s definitely the best mom.
