zandertoyToday I net up with Lo to see the Maira Kalman exhibit and was excited to be hanging with Lo outside of work. It was so nice because After Lo has her baby she is not going to come back to work and is leaving the company.
The exhibit was really cool I actually found out that she is the M in M&Co a design firm that designed one of my favorite watches.
Mairas work was amazing and he had an effortlessness way of just drawing what she wanted to draw. So care free and loose not caring about it being perfect yet capturing the subject with her unique illustrations.
One of my favorite pieces was called Newyorkistan Which was a map of the weird pockets of people.
