zandertoySo tonight I decided to make soft shell crab for dinner. This was my first attempt at making them and I really wanted to make them before the summer/season was over.
I made them with an egg wash and panko crumbs and topped them off with a little bit of lime juice. I liked them but wish I would have coated them with a little flower first before doing the egg wash. I would have made them more crispy. Lesson learned for next time.
