zandertoyWhat an amazing day. Woke up today around noon. It was fantastic and so relieved that I did not have to go into the office.
I spent most of the day chilling at home cleaning up and then head to drop off my coat at the tailors.
Afterwards went to Chinatown to shop for some groceries.
For dinner I made summer rolls for the first time. Honestly they didn’t turn our as delicious as expected since I forgot to insert the noodles duhhhh but also I didn’t have the correct peanut sauce. I found a simple peanut sauce recipe and will definitely try that next time.
